Rural Palliative Care Resource Center - Patients and Families

Resources include information on palliative care, how to find palliative care providers, information on various diseases, and other patient and family education. Provided by the Center to Advance Palliative Care.

Palliative Care: The relief you need when you have a serious illness. This resource explores the benefits of palliative care and answers common questions. Provided by the National Institute of Nursing Research. (16-page PDF) is the patient site of the America Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine (AAHPM). They provide a wealth of information on hospice, palliative care, what to expect from a palliative care team and patient stories.
