H1N1 Flu Alert

The US Department of Health and Human Services and the Centers for Disease Control have declared a public health emergency in response to recent H1N1 flu cases, and are providing information to educate the public on flu precautions and appropriate actions to take.

The public can check the CDC database to make sure important and timely information is included, as well as tips to protect themselves from the cause and spread of the disease and create better awareness of related symptoms. The government also is using social media to inform the public about the H1N1 flu outbreak.
