HIT consultant

Stratis Health seeks a Healthcare-Information Technology (HIT) consultant. This is a temporary position scheduled to end 1/31/14. This position is responsible to provide individualized technical assistance to Stratis Health’s HIT clients. The HIT consultant will provide expertise (e.g., change management, cultural adoption, readiness assessment and requirements, workflow redesign, and financial readiness-cost benefit analysis) in health IT adoption and optimization, and engage health care providers to support successful transition into the health IT environment and, ultimately, meaningful use of their electronic health records (EHR).
